Systematicity matters
It also teaches concentration, regularity and respect for others. Children develop discipline and courage, and adults can spend time actively and relieve stress.
Time to move and train together
It is also an opportunity to meet new people, break down your own barriers and take care of your safety. Join us and see how much you can gain!
Turn your intention into a regular part of your week
It's easier to return to classes when they have their own place in the calendar. At RAIMEI, training takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Preparing clothes and water earlier can make it easier to leave the house. Also think about travel time so that your training doesn't start in a rush.
Notice small changes
Progress does not have to mean a spectacular effect after a few meetings. It may be better remembering directions, more freedom during warm-up, or easier cooperation with a partner. After class, try to name one thing you learned and one thing you want to ask next time.
What to do after a break?
Coming back doesn't have to start with catching up on everything at once. Tell the instructor that you're back after a break, and give yourself time to get back into the rhythm of exercise. It is worth treating systematicity as a long-term direction, not an obligation without room for rest or changes in plans.
