Movement, learning and fun
During classes, children develop coordination, efficiency and concentration. They also learn cooperation, respect and systematicity.
Instructor cooperation and care
The exercises are tailored to the age and capabilities of the group. Everything takes place under the supervision of an instructor and in a safe atmosphere. Want your child to try it? Welcome to training!
How to prepare your child for the first classes?
Tell them calmly that during the training there will be movement, learning new exercises and working together with other children. Don't set the goal of winning or being the best. Prepare comfortable clothes, water and flip-flops to the passage between the locker room and the hall. Children exercise mainly barefoot, without socks - the material slides on the mat. Arriving a little earlier will help you start the meeting with a new group more calmly.
What should you pay attention to as a parent?
After training, it is worth asking your child what he liked and what was new. Talking about a specific exercise can be easier than asking about results in general. Appreciate commitment, listening to directions and cooperation. Each child may need a different time to get used to the room and the group.
How to choose a group?
Contact RAIMEI and provide your child's age and whether they have participated in similar activities before. Your instructor will help you figure out where to start. Details of the parent's presence during classes i organizing the first visit ask the club directly. Children's training lasts from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
