Comfortable clothing and water

All you need is comfortable sportswear that doesn't restrict your movements, for example a T-shirt and sweatpants or leggings. Take water with you and arrive a few minutes early to get ready.

Preparation for exercise

Take off your jewelry and anything that could interfere with exercise. We exercise barefoot on the mat, without socks. The most important thing is that you feel at ease and safe. See you at training!

Pack a simple gym bag

Prepare a T-shirt, sweatpants or leggings, water and flip-flops for the transition between the locker room and the classroom. Choose an outfit in which you can freely raise your arms, sit and squat. You don't need a special outfit for first classes. You can wait to talk to your instructor before purchasing additional equipment.

Leave yourself a few quiet minutes

Arrive early so you have time to prepare and getting to know the place. Before exercising, remove jewelry and objects that could bother you or your partner. Empty pockets and comfortable clothing will allow you to focus on movement instead of straightening your clothes.

What about footwear and other equipment?

Take flip-flops with you. We exercise barefoot on the mat, without socks, because the material may slip during exercise. Flip-flops will be useful for walking between the locker room and the classroom.
