Your choice

Google Analytics and Google Ads are blocked until you consent. Analytics, advertising measurement and external Google maps/calendars have separate choices, off by default. Rejecting them does not prevent access to content or contact details. Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. Change or withdraw consent using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Data and purposes

  • Necessary settings: language, theme, consent and browser measurement exclusion are stored locally to honour your choices.
  • Analytics, with consent: Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits and interest in classes. Data can include browser identifiers, page views, acquisition source, device information, approximate location, scrolling, downloads and contact, directions, calendar and guide interactions. A phone click is not a confirmed call or registration.
  • Advertising measurement, with separate consent: Google Ads measures advertising results and phone clicks, without assigning a made-up sales value. We do not enable personalised ads, Google Signals or user-provided data for enhanced conversions.
  • External content, with separate consent: embedded Google Maps and Calendar may disclose your IP address and browser information to Google. Direct links open external services governed by their own privacy rules.
  • Contact: we process information you send by email or message to reply. We do not send message text, visitors' names, email addresses or phone numbers to Analytics.
  • Hosting: the hosting provider may process request logs, including IP address, time and requested resource, to deliver and secure the site. Server logs are separate from Analytics.

Legal grounds

Optional measurement and identifier storage/access rely on consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and Article 399 of Poland's Electronic Communications Law. Necessary storage is used to provide functionality you request. Replies and security rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)); steps towards a contract at your request may rely on Article 6(1)(b). Contact data is voluntary but needed for a reply.

Retention

Consent choices: 180 days in localStorage. Analytics cookies (_ga family): up to 180 days without automatic renewal in our configuration. Google Ads measurement cookies (_gcl family) typically last up to 90 days. Detailed GA4 event and user data: up to 14 months without renewal on new activity. Aggregate reports may remain available longer. Language and theme remain until changed or browser storage is cleared. Correspondence is retained as necessary to handle the matter and establish or defend claims. Technical log retention depends on the hosting arrangements and security purposes.

Recipients and international transfers

Hosting and email providers process relevant data. With the relevant consent, Google Ireland Limited and Google service providers process data for Analytics, Ads, Maps or Calendar. Google may process data outside the EEA, including in the USA, using applicable safeguards such as an adequacy decision for eligible recipients or standard contractual clauses. See Google Privacy Policy, Google's use of partner-site data and data processing terms.

Your rights

Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority at uodo.gov.pl. We do not make automated decisions about visitors with legal or similarly significant effects.

Analytics does not require children's personal details. Parents or guardians should contact us about children's classes. Do not include health information in website URL parameters.
